2024年8月12日至23日，世界知识产权组织（产权组织）和华南理工大学（SCUT）将在广州联合举办产权组织2024年中国暑期学校。

The WIPO-China Summer School on Intellectual Property (IP), jointly organized by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and South China University of Technology, will take place in Guangzhou, China, from August 12 to 23, 2024.

Part. 3

课程 Curriculum

暑期学校项目为大学高年级学生、年轻专业人士和政府官员提供了一个机会，让他们能够更深入地了解知识产权的各个领域以及产权组织的作用和职能。

The Summer School program provides an opportunity to senior students, young professionals and government officials to acquire deeper knowledge of each domain of intellectual property (IP) and of the role and functions of WIPO.

本暑期学校项目包含各种知识产权主题相关的讲座、案例研究、模拟练习、小组讨论，注重知识产权与其他学科知识的结合运用。

The program consists of lectures, case studies, simulation exercises, group discussions and field visits on selected IP topics, with an orientation towards the interface between IP and other disciplines.

成功完成课程要求的学员将获得结业证书。

A certificate of participation is awarded to participants who successfully complete the program requirements.

为获得结业证书，学员需要参加不少于80%的课程，并参加讨论和项目。在申请之前，申请人应考虑自己所处的时区，以及所需的参加两周课程的承诺。

In order to receive a certificate of appreciation, participants will be expected to be present for no less than 80% of the sessions and take part in discussions and projects. Before applying, applicants should consider their own times zones and the required commitment for two weeks.

Part. 4

参与资格 Eligibility

产权组织中国暑期学校向来自任何研究领域或学科的高校高年级学生（本科生和研究生）和年轻的专业人士开放。该项目是为希望获得更深入的知识产权知识的申请者们设计的。

The Summer School is open to senior students (graduate and postgraduate students) and young professionals from any field of study or discipline. The program is designed for candidates who wish to obtain deeper knowledge of IP.

Part. 5

授课形式 Format

本期产权组织-中国暑期学校将在广州线下和通过线上举办。

The WIPO-China Summer School in South China University of Technology will be held face-to-face on campus and online.

参加面授课程的学员需要自行承担往返广州的旅行、参加课程期间的住宿和生活费用。

Participants doing in-person classes will be responsible for their own travel to and from Guangzhou, accommodation and living expenses during their participation of the program.

Part. 6

保险与体检

Insurance and Medical Examination

根据中国教育部的规定，所有线下上课的学员都必须在中国购买医疗保险。保险的有效期必须包括往返行程和整个学习期间。

Participants in traditional classroom training are required to have medical insurance in China, covering the whole duration of study, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China.

每位学员须在抵达时出示健康证明。

They will also be required to present a medical certificate upon arrival.

Part. 7

注册 Registration

在线注册 Online Registration

申请人务必在线提交简历、申请书和护照副本（或身份证副本）。

Applications must be submitted online with résumés, letters of motivation, and copies of passports (or identity cards).

注册费 Registration Fees

请在收到华南理工大学录取通知后向华南理工大学支付注册费。

Registration fees are payable to the SCUT upon notification of acceptance.

注册费分为以下几类：

来自发展中国家和转型期国家且居住于这些国家的学生和年轻专业人士：

·学生：100美元

·年轻专业人士：200美元

Students and young professionals from developing countries and countries in transition and residing in those countries:

·Students: USD100

·Young professionals: USD200

来自发达国家的学生和年轻专业人士：

·学生：400美元

·年轻专业人士：600美元

Students and young professionals from developed countries:

·Students: USD400

·Young professionals: USD600

注册费应在2024年7月20日前通过银行转账方式支付。

Registration fees shall be paid via bank transfer by July 20, 2024.

Part. 8

取消政策 Cancellation Policy

如需取消，请在2024年7月20日之前取消，并尽快通知华南理工大学。

You may cancel on or before July 20, 2024, and let SCUT know as soon as you make such a decision.
