The program is particularly suited to students, young professionals, and government officials with an interest in IP, including emerging and cutting-edge areas of the field. 本暑期学校项目包含知识产权各主题相关的讲座、案例研究、模拟练习、小组讨论，兼顾理论与实务视角。 The curriculum comprises lectures, case studies, simulation exercises, and group discussions, providing both theoretical and practical perspectives. 形式 Format 本届暑期学校将以混合形式举办，学员可选择以下任一方式参与： The Summer School will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either: - 线下：中国深圳大学丽湖校区；或 Onsite at the SZU Lihu Campus in Shenzhen, China; or - 线上：通过Zoom参加。 Online via Zoom. 虽然两种方式均可，但我们强烈鼓励线下参与。线下学员还将有机会参加实地考察，深入了解知识产权的实际应用。 While both options are available, onsite participation is strongly encouraged, as onsite participants will also benefit from field visits in Shenzhen, offering exposure to real-world applications of IP. 请注意，线下参与者需自行承担交通、住宿及生活费用。深圳大学将提供后勤支持，包括周边住宿信息（含经济型住宿选项）以及校内食堂的使用（费用自理）。 Please note that onsite participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and living expenses. SZU will provide logistical support, including information on nearby accommodation (including budget-friendly options) and access to campus cafeterias at participants' own expense. 结业证书 Certificate of Participation 顺利完成课程要求的参与者将获颁结业证书。获得证书的条件为：出勤率不低于80%，并积极参与课堂讨论和小组活动。 A certificate of participation will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the program requirements. To qualify, participants must attend at least 80% of the sessions and actively engage in discussions and group activities. Part. 4 参与资格 Eligibility 暑期学校面向所有学科领域的高年级学生和年轻专业人士开放。 The Summer School is open to senior students and young professionals from all academic disciplines. 所有申请人均须在项目开始前成功完成产权组织学院电子学习知识产权综合课程。在遴选过程中，已完成该课程的申请人将获得优先考量。 All applicants are required to have successfully completed the WIPO Academy eLearning General Course on Intellectual Property before the start of the program. Please note that priority will be given to individuals who have completed this course during the selection process. Part. 5 保险与体检 Insurance and Medical Examination 根据中国教育部的规定，所有现场上课的学员都必须在中国购买医疗保险。保险的有效期必须包括整个学习期间。 Participants in traditional classroom training are required to have medical insurance in China, covering the whole duration of study, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China. 每位学员须在抵达时出示健康证明。They will also be required to present a medical certificate upon arrival.
